Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Korg account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
